They are just about perfect. I have ridiculously long legs and probably should have made them a little longer, but I just have to wear them with sneakers or flats instead of heels. The pompoms are extremely fun and bop all over the place when I walk.
I wore them to the town balloon festival last weekend:
Also finished the fillet crochet doily I've been working on for the past year. The edges are sort of wobbly, I don't have the best eyesight and probably mis-hooked some of those teeny-tiny little stitches. Sent it to my grandmother, who likes to put doilies on her couch and tables.
Finally, some socks for Grandma. Not completely happy with them because the gauge is a tad too loose, but they are still nice and soft and warm. Had a bit of an issue with the yarn pooling on me (it's the Kaffe Fasset line from Regia), but I got it to work out.
Next, I'm going to tackle Jeanette. It's been hiding in my closet since it developed a massive rip due to some of the yarn strands breaking. I need to put in some lifelines, cut, and graft. It's going to be a massive pain in the ass.

They are! When it got really cold last week, I wore them on top of my pants.
